Instructions:
- Preheat smoker to 300℉.
- Spray muffin pans with cooking spray.
- Pace 3-4 tater tots in each cup. Place muffin pan on the smoker to bake for 10 minutes. Remove from heat.
- Spray bottom of a drinking glass with cooking spray and press tater tots in each muffin cup to make a potato cup. When done, place back on the smoker to bake for 15 more minutes until golden brown and crunchy.
- Sprinkle a base of Truffle & Chop seasoning in each cup.
- Add a generous amount of cheddar cheese to each cup and bake until cheese has melted. Transfer to plate and let cool.
- Add sour cream, bacon, and green onion to each tater tot cup.
- Serve and enjoy!
