St. Louis Style BBQ Pork Steaks

Hot & Fast any night of the week, these flavor filled pork steaks change the game.
Ingredients

4 Pork Steaks (We choose Marble Ridge Farms!)

¼ cup Blues Hog Pork Marinade Mix

¼ cup Blues Hog Sweet & Savory Seasoning
-
1 Can Dark Cola
-
½ cup Blues Hog Smokey Mountain BBQ Sauce
Directions
Fire up your Gateway Drum to 400℉.
Coat your pork steaks in a light dusting of Pork Marinade Mix and Sweet & Savory Seasoning.
Sear steaks for 5-7 minutes on each side. While searing, baste your steaks with your dark cola.
After your steaks have beautiful grill marks, cool drum to 275-300℉ and lather steaks with Smokey Mountain BBQ Sauce.
Let your pork steaks finish cooking for another 10-15 minutes or until the pork reaches an internal temperature of at least 155℉ and the sauce is tacky.
Remove from heat, rest, and enjoy!
